血浆可溶性P-选择素在原发性肝癌患者中的临床意义

摘　　要：探讨血浆可溶性P-选择素(sP-selectin)在原发性肝癌患者中的临床意义。应用ELISA法检测139例原发性肝癌患者血浆sP-selectin的水平。原发性肝癌患者血浆sP-selectin含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),其中临床Ⅱ期患者高于临床Ⅰ期患者,而临床Ⅲ期患者又高于临床Ⅱ期患者。术后第15d,患者血浆sP-selectin含量较术前明显降低(P<0.01),但仍明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。术后第30d,患者血浆sP-selectin含量较术后第15d进一步降低(P<0.01),与正常对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示原发性肝癌患者血浆sP-selectin水平明显高于正常人,而且其水平与病情呈正相关。手术切除肝癌可降低患者血浆sP-selectin水平。血浆sP-selectin的检测及动态观察可能对原发性肝癌的辅助诊断、病情发展的判断、疗效观察以及预后估计具有一定的临床意义。To investigate clinical significance of plasma soluble P- selection (sP- selectin) on patients with primary liver cancer (PLC). The levels of plasma sP - selectin in 139 patients with PLC were detected by ELISA method. The content of plasma sP -selectin of the patients with PLC were higher than those of normal control gcoup( P < 0.01). Those in patients in clinical stage Ⅱ were higher than those in patients in clinical stage Ⅰ . And those in patients in clinical stage Ⅲ were higher than those in patients of clinical stage Ⅱ . Fifteen days later after operation, the content of plasma sP - selectin of the patients were lower than those before operation ( P < 0.01), but still higher than those of normal control group ( P < 0.01). Thirty days later after operation, the content of plasma sP - selectin of the patients were further lower than those of 15th days after operation ( P < 0.01) , but were not significantly different from those of normal control group( P > 0.05). The resulted indicated that the plasma sP - selectin level was higher in patients with PLC than those in normal control group, and its levels showed positive correlation ship to state of illness. The level of plasma sP - selectin of the patient may decrease after the liver cancer is removed. Detecting the plasma sP - selectin may be of value in making diagnosis, evaluating evolution of disease, observing curative effect as well as estimating prognosis for the patients with PLC.
