摘　　要：采用免疫组化法检测11例未经治疗的原发性肝癌(HCC)手术组织标本:MHC I类分子、HSP70的表达。结果发现,肝癌组织细胞MHCI类分子的表达与多数肿瘤细胞不同,其表达呈阳性,不存在MHCI类分子低表达或丢失的情况;与癌旁组织相比,肝癌细胞HSP70胞浆、胞膜表达呈强阳性,推测其原因可能是原位于胞浆的HSP70与MHC I类分子结合后被运输至细胞表面,并由此可能增强肝癌细胞的免疫原性,这将促使我们重新审视HCC疫苗设计的构思和考虑其治疗对策。The expression of HSP70 and MHC class I molecules in 11 samples hepatocellular carcinoma was detected by immuno-histochemical LSAB. The results showed that hepatoma cells in all cases of HCC expressed high level of MHC class I molecules. We also found that HSP70 overespressed in cytoplasm and cell surface of these hepatoma cells which differ from a lot of turner cells. It is resonable to suggest that some HSP70 are transported to the cell surface after binding MHC class I molecules. And it is probable to increase the immunogenicity of turner cells and elicit an anti - tumor immune response.
