光固化树脂加螺纹根管钉修复前磨牙的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨光固化树脂加螺纹根管钉修复女性前磨牙较大缺损的疗效.方法选取女性患者因患龋齿致牙体大部缺损的前磨牙89颗,在根管治疗后,采用螺纹根管钉固位,以光固化树脂修复,追踪复查3 a.结果89颗患牙中优80颗(90%),一般4颗(4.4%),失败5颗(5.6%).结论光固化树脂加螺纹根管钉修复前磨牙较大缺损效果满意,但需严格掌握适应症.Objective To evaluate the effect of durafill accompanied with threaded post used in restoration of bicuspid, which were badly damaged in female.Methods 89 bicuspids badly damaged because of caries from female were chosen. After root canal therapy, planted threaded post into root canal, then restored them with durafill. These teeth were followed up for 3 years.Results In 89 teeth, 80 teeth succeed (90%), that of 4 was normal(4.4%), that of 5 fall(5.6%).Conclusion It is satisfactory to restore bicuspid badly damaged with durafill accompanied with threaded post.
