摘  要:目的 :探讨沙漠干热环境徒手应激行军者热休克蛋白与机体一氧化氮及其合成酶的关系。方法 :对在沙漠干热环境中分别以 3 .5km·h-1和 5 .0km·h-1速度徒手行军 1、2、3h的 5 6名战士和 14名对照组血浆HSP70和HSP2 7、NO、NOS等进行了研究。结果 :各行军时间组间HSP70均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;各行军时间组HSP2 7明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;各速度和行军时间组NO明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,行军 3h组NO明显低于行军 1、2h组 ;3 .5km·h-1行军 1h组NOS明显高于对照和行军 2、3h组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :沙漠干热环境徒手应激行军者血浆HSP2 7与NO和NOS密切相关 。Objective:To explore the relationship between heat shock proteins(HSP70 and HSP27),nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in marchers without load in dry-heat desert.Methods:The plasma HSP70 and HSP27,NO, NOS of 56 marchers and 14 controls were detected.Results:At both 3.5 km·h -1 and 5.0 km·h -1, the plasma HSP27 in the marching groups were much more than that of the controls(P<0.05); the amount of NO in all marching groups was much less than that of the control(P<0.05), the plasma concentrations of NO in the groups of 3 hours were less than those of 1 and 2 hours(P<0.05). At 3.5 km·h -1, NOS of 1 hour was much higher than those of other marching groups and the controls(P<0.05).At 5.0 km·h -1, as for NOS, there was no significant difference between the groups and the controls(P>0.05).Conclusion:Without load,there is a close relationship between HSP27, NO and NOS, and no relationship between HSP70, NO and NOS in marchers in dry-heat desert.
