摘　　要：目的　探讨可拆除缝线小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠对术后前房深度、眼压及滤过的影响。方法　 2 5例3 0眼手术将结束时 ,前房注入透明质酸钠恢复前房。结果　术后 3眼出现浅前房Ⅰ度 ,1眼眼压控制不良。绝大多数病例眼压控制满意。结论　术中联合应用透明质酸钠可提高青光眼滤过手术的安全性和成功率 。Objective\ To investigate the application of sodium hyaluronate in anterior chamber during detachable suture trabeculectomy,and to observe the effects of anterior chamber,intraocular tension,filtering after the operation. Methods\ For 30eyes of 25cases,sodium hyaluronate was injected into the anterior chambers during the operation.Results\ Intraocular tension in most of the cases was controlled within normal lower ranger post operatively .3 anterior chambers were not well formed and 1 case had high intraocular tension . Conclusion\ Application of sodium hyaluronate in detachable suture of scleral flap trabeculectomy increases the rate of success,makes operation safer and reduces complications.
