牙本质粘结剂牙釉质封闭剂治疗牙齿过敏症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察牙本质粘结剂牙釉质封闭剂治疗牙齿感觉过敏症的疗效及不同部位的差异。方法　将 10 8个患牙按部位不同分成牙合面、牙颈、牙根 3组 ;每组再随机分成两个实验组和一个对照组 ,牙本质清洗剂牙本质粘结剂组合、牙本质清洗剂牙釉质封闭剂组合分别用于实验组 ,75 %氟化钠甘油用于对照组。记录治疗前后及 3个月检查记分 ,比较不同阶段及不同方法间的记分差异。结果　两实验组疗效确切且优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。但牙本质清洗剂与牙釉质封闭剂组合的远期疗效不稳定 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective\ To observe the effect of primer and sealer used to treat hypersensitiveness and the differences when used in different positions. Methods\ 108 hypersensitive teeth were divided into three groups of occlusal surface,tooth neck and tooth root by different positions. Each group was once again randomly divided into two experimental groups and one control group . Dentin cleaner with primer dentin cleaner with sealer were respectively applied to experimental groups; 75% of sodium fluoride glycerin paste was applied to control group. The scores of pretreatment posttreatment and in three months were recorded,so as to analyze the variation of scores in different phases and methods. Results\ The curative effect of two experimental groups was not only obvious but also superior to the control group (P<0.01). However,the late effect of dentin cleaner with sealer was not stable (P<0.05). Conclusion\ The effect of dentin cleaner and primer is obvious and stable on hypersensitivity in different positions.
