摘　　要：目的　观察表皮生长因子受体 (epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)增生膜中的表达及其与病程的关系。方法　玻璃体手术中取出的 PVR增生膜 43例 ,按病程分为早期膜 (<2个月 ) ,中期膜 (2～ 6个月 )和晚期膜 (>6个月 ) ,用免疫组织化学及原位杂交技术从蛋白质及 m R-NA水平检测 EGFR的表达。结果　 EGFR蛋白分子在早期膜中呈强阳性表达 ,中期膜中呈弱表达 ,晚期膜中呈阴性。EGFR基因仅在早期膜中呈阳性表达。结论　 EGFR主要存在于 PVR的早期膜中 ,可能介导有丝分裂信号对Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in periretinal membranes of proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR).Methods Forty three specimens periretinal membranes of PVR obtained during vitrectomy were studied by immunohistochemical staining and in situ hybridization(ISH).Results Immunohistochemical study indicated that EGFR had a strong positive staining in the early stage of membranes, it had weak staining and negative expression in the middle and the late stage of membranes respectively.The results of ISH proved that this receptor gene only expressed positive staining in early stage of membranes of PVR.Conclusion EGFR expressed mainly in the early stage of membrances of PVR .It may transmit mitogenic signals ,which appears to play an role in the development of PVR.
