摘　　要：目的　探讨用注入器植入 AR40可折叠 (intraocu-lar lens,IOL )的临床效果。方法　对 5 2例 5 4眼老年性白内障患者行超声乳化白内障吸出联合可折叠 IOL植入术 ,用其配套的注入器将 AR40可折叠 IOL植入囊袋内。结果　用注入器将 IOL 顺利植入囊袋内 ,未出现术中并发症。术后第1天矫正视力≥ 0 .5者达 70 .4% ,术后 1月和 3月矫正视力≥ 0 .5者均达 10 0 % .结论　通过 3 .5 mm的切口 ,用注入器可将 IOL 安全地植入囊袋内 ,并且减少了对眼组织和Objective To investigate the clinical effects of foldable intraocular lens (IOL) AR40 implanted by injectors. Methods Fifty four eyes of the senile cataract underwent phacoemulsification. The foldable IOL were implanted into the capsular bag by using matched injector.Results Intraocular lens were implanted into capsular bag using matched injector successfully, without complication during the surgery. Visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 38 eyes (70.4%) at the first day and in 54 eyes ( 100% ) in one month and three months after surgery.Conclusion Using injector, IOL can be implanted into the capsular bag through a 3.5mm incision safely and with less disturbance to the eyes and IOL.
