肺癌病人胸水和血清中LTA快速检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解肺癌病人肿瘤组织中多糖 (LTA)对肺癌的诊断价值。方法 :用乳胶凝集法测定对68例恶性胸水和对照组42例患者胸水、血清中LTA并进行回顾分析 ,统计试验资料。结果 :68例恶性胸水、血清中LTA的阳性率分别为89.7 %、91.1 % ,特异性分别为73.8 %、69 %。胸水和 (或 )血清LTA诊断肺癌敏感性为95.5 % (65/68)。对照组42例患者的阳性率分别为26.1 %、30.9 %。结论Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of polylabs LTA of patients with lung cancer.Methods:LAT in malignant pleural fluid and serum of68patients with lung cancer and42patients with benign lung diseases were measured by latex agglutination.Results:positive rate was89.7%and91.9%respectively in malignant pleural fluid and serum,peculiarity was73.8%and69%respectively.Sensitivity was95.5%(65/68)in malignant pleural fluid and/or serum.Positive rate was26.1%and30.9%respectively in42control patients.Conclusion:The result suggests that the determination of LAT in maˉlignant pleural fluid and serum might be helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer.
