摘　　要：　本文以党的十六大精神和"三个代表"重要思想,就如何加强西藏大学的党建工作进行了探讨,认为只有抓好党建工作,才能为学校的发展提供强有力的组织保障。Based on the spirit of 16th NCCPC and the Three Represents Th eory,the article discusses how to strengthen the Construction of CPC in Tibet University, conside ring only if the work of the Construction of CPC is well done that the development of college is guaranteed.
