依那普利治疗脑血栓形成64例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察依那普利对脑血栓的临床疗效。方法　选择 12 8例脑血栓病人 ,随机分为治疗组6 4例与对照组 6 4例进行比较。结果　治疗 4周后依那普利组总有效率为 93 7% ,对照组为 78 1% ,两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　依那普利治疗脑血栓形成疗效确切。Objective To observe the curative effect of enalapril on cerebral thrombosis.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients suffering from cerebrl thrombosis were divided at radom into treatmental group and comparative group.Each group included 64 cases.Results After four weeks,treatment the effective rate of enalapril in treatmental group is 93.7%.And the effective rate in comparative group is 78.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril is actually effect on cerebral thrombosis.
