摘　　要：在对科技型中小企业做出界定的基础上,探讨了科技型中小企业管理能力评价的指标体系及具体的评价方法,可供风险投资公司进行风险投资决策时参考,也可作为科技型中小企业改善管理的指导.Based on the definition of the small and medium sized technology &science corporations,this paper discusses the indexes and he method of the management capability evaluation,which can be used by the VC companies and the corporations as well.
