摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻窦炎性头痛与脑电图异常的关系。方法　选择到神经科就诊、以头痛为主诉的鼻窦炎患者 ,进行脑电图检查。结果　 6 0例患者中有 4 0例发现脑电图异常。单侧鼻窦炎症多引起局限脑电图异常 ,双侧病变引起广泛脑电图异常者居多。大脑受累部位以前区为主。结论　头痛患者脑电图显示大脑前区异常 。Objective To study relationship between the nasosinusitis headache and electroencephalogram abnormlities.Methods 60 cases of nasosinusitis who had a chief complaint of headache were examined by eletroencephalogram.Results Electroencephalogram of 40 patients with nasosinusitis were diagnosed as having abnormal.Unilateral nasosinusitis often leads to a part changes of electroencephalogram.The wide ranging changes of electroencephalogram are often caused by bilateral sinusitis.The abnormal phenomena primarily occured in the front of the cerebral cortex.Conclusion The patient with headache who has a abmomal electroencephalogram in the front of cerebral cortex can be caused by nasosinusitis.
