外伤性白内障的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的　探讨外伤性白内障的CT表现。方法　 5 2例眼外伤经裂隙灯和 (或 )手术证实的 5 2只外伤性白内障晶状体与对侧正常晶状体的CT表现进行对照分析。结果　CT发现伤眼晶状体密度减低 44只眼 ,密度减低不明显 8只眼。密度越低 ,损伤程度越重 ,并可有大小和形态上的改变。Objective To study CT manifestations of traumatic cataract .Methods CT Findings of 52 lens (52 cases) of traumatic cataracts proved by slitap-microscope examination and / or operation were presented and compared with normal lens .Results CT values of the lens of traumatic cataract were decreased in 44 cases, but not decreased in 8 cases . The lower density showed the more serious injuried. Besides, traumatic cataractous lens also showed some changes in size and shape.Conclusion CT is an effective examination in detecting traumatic cataract.
