摘　　要：分析电子收费系统的组成与功能 ,在此基础上 ,结合最新网络发展技术 ,详细论述了电子收费系统的硬件网络结构设计方案 ,并针对电子收费系统所要完成的功能 ,详细论述数据库软件设计方案及联网收费功能的实现。随着网络技术的发展以及数据库管理信息系统的功能扩充 ,基于网络的电子收费系统在缓解交通问题方面会发挥更大的作用。ETCS is a complex system involved many kinds of technologies. The design of the ETCS not only involves computer network but also in connection with such issues as latest network technologies and managements. In this paper the components and functions of ETCS are analysed firstly, and based on this, combined the latest network technology, the networks architecture based on the internet and the DBMS of ETCS are designed. With the development of network technologies and the expansion of functions of DBMS, the ETCS based on the network would have a better effect on the traffic management.
