青浦区食用菌产业化及对策探讨  

APPROACHING THE INDUSTRIALIZATION OF EDIBLE FUNGI AND COUNTERMEASURES IN QINGPU DISTRICT

摘  要:通过对国内外食用菌消费市场、青浦区食用菌发展历史和现状的深入分析 ,提出了在青浦区大力发展食用菌 ,并使其成为新的重点产业的可行性。同时 ,根据我国食用菌产业发展的经验 ,针对青浦区发展食用菌产业存在的困难和问题 ,提出了“树立正确的指导思想 ,制定切实可行的战略目标 ;强化产业龙头建设 ,重视品牌包装 ,建立良好的产业发展运行机制 ;加强市场营销 ,强化市场信息服务 ,建立完善的市场流通体系 ;提高设施化栽培技术 ,推行标准化生产 ;加大科技投入 ,严格菌种管理 ,确保菌种质量”作为青浦区食用菌产业化的对策。Through analyzing the consumer market of edible fungi at home and abroad and the history and present situation of edible fungi development in Qingpu District, it was raised that devoting great efforts to developing edible fungi in Qingpu and making it a new key industry was feasible. Meanwhile, according to the experience of developing edible fungi industry in our country and the existing difficulties and problems of developing edible fungi industry in Qingpu District, the countermeasures of industrialization of edible fungi in Qingpu District were also put forward, which were 'setting up a correct guiding ideology and working out a realistic strategic objective, reinforcing the construction of a leading enterprise, attaching importance to brand name package,establishing a good run mechanism of the industrial development, enhancing marketing, strengthening the service of market information, establishing and perfecting market distribution system, improving installation protected culture techniques, popularizing standardized production, increasing the input of science and technology, strictly controlling spawns of edible fungi and guaranteeing spawn quality'.
