食管癌患者奇曼丁直肠给药止痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察食管癌中晚期患者给予奇曼丁直肠给药止痛疗效。方法:30例不能进食的食管癌患者,其疼痛屑于中度 疼痛[1],给予奇曼丁直肠置入。置入前后进行疗效对比观察。结果:置入前后疼痛101点数字评分法(NRS-101)有显著性差 异。结论:在口服困难或不能口服时,奇曼丁可直肠给药缓解疼痛。Objective: To study the pain-killing effect of rectal administration of Qirnanding in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Method: 30 cases of esophageal carcinoma, unable to eat, were classified as in moderate cancer pain were given Qimanding through the rectum and the effects were studied both before and after administraton. Results: A remarkable difference was noticed by NRS-101 approach before and after the administration of the drug. Conclusion: Qirnanding can be administered through the rectum in patients when patients fail to take the drug orally.
