摘　　要：目的分析治疗虹膜角膜内皮(ICE)综合征继发青光眼的手术方法,以提高远期的手术成功率。方法 对10例ICE综合征继发青光眼的患者行手术治疗,其中3例行Ahmed青光眼阀植入术,7例行Ahmed青光眼阀联合手术,术后观察眼压及视力。 结果 术后1个月时,所有病例眼压均低于21 mmHg,术后6个月以上时,眼压低于21 mmHg者8例,总成功率80％,平均眼压(10.3±3.86)mmHg,有显著性差异(t=6.66,P<0.05),视力较术前略有提高。术后并发症为浅前房和纤维包裹。 结论 虽然各种术式会出现一些不可避免的并发症.Objective To study the surgical approach to treatment secondary glaucoma to iridocorneal endothelial ( ICE) syndrome. Methods Of 10 cases with secondary glaucoma due to ICE syndrome, Ahmed glaucoma valve was implanted in 3 cases, Ahmed glaucoma valve combined with anti-glaucoma operation in 7 cases. Intraocular pressure ( IOP) and visual acuity were measured after surgery. Results The IOP in all cases were < 21 mmHg at one month after surgery. The IOP in 8 cases was < 21 mmHg at 6 months after surgery with the successful rate 80%. The mean IOP was 10.3 ±8.36 mmHg, the difference was significant in comparison with preoperation (t = 6. 66 ,P < 0. 05) . The visual acuity showed improvement in posloperation. The postoperative complications were shallow anterior chamber and encapsulated bleb. Conclusion Various surgical approaches are effective in treating secondary glaucoma to ICE syndrome, although every method has its own complications.
