摘  要:从保定某印染厂印染废水中分离到13株具有较好脱色能力的细菌,其中1株对直接黑绿、1株对活性红、1株对直接大红GBE、3株对直接胡蓝、7株对活性艳红X-3B有脱色能力。在最适条件下其脱色率都达到80%以上,尤其对直接胡蓝有脱色能力的3株菌脱色率达到100%。研究了这13株细菌在不同温度、pH值、供氧量条件下对所试染料的脱色情况。并根据各菌株的个体形态、群体形态和生理生化特征对这13株脱色细菌进行了初步鉴定。Thirteen strains of bacteria, with better dye decolorizing ability, were isolated from the dyeing wasterwater of a printing and dyeing factory at Baoding. Among them, one strain can decolorize Direct Black Green, one decolorize Reactive Red, three stains have the ability to decolorize Direct Lake Blue, and seven stains with the ability to decolorize Reactive Brilliant Red X - 3B. The decolorization rate of the bacteria was above 80% under optimum conditions. The decolorization rate of three strains with the ability to decolorize Direct Lake Blue was at 100% . This paper studied the decolorizing rate of the thirteen strains of bacteria under different temperature, pH and content of oxygen. According to bacterial individual shape ,colony shape,physiological and biochemical characters these thirteen strains were identified.
