摘　　要：目的　评价肾上腺肿瘤的超声诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的 2 7例肾上腺肿瘤的声像图表现。结果　超声定位诊断符合率为 96% ( 2 6/2 7)。首检的检出率为 88% ( 2 4/2 7)。良恶性肿瘤的大小形态及边界有较明显的不同。肿瘤的内部回声与病理组织结构有关。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in adrenal tumor.Methods The lmaging of 27 patients with adrenal tumor was studied.All cases were confirmed by opetation and pathology.Results The positive rate of localization diagnosis was 96%(26/27)and the detected rate was 88%(24/27)initially by ultrasoand. There were distinguished features between benign and malignancy tumors in the shape and size of tumors. There was definitive relationship between ultrasonogram and pathology of adrenal tumors.Conclusion Ultrasound should be the first method to be chosen for the screen of adrenal tumor.
