摘　　要：民事再审程序是民事诉讼法的重要组成部分 ,是我国两审终审制度的补充形式。随着审判方式改革的不断深入 ,我国现行民事再审程序存在的问题也日渐凸现。本文对我国民事再审程序的内容作了简要论述 ,对我国民事再审程序存在的问题作了详尽的分析 ,并提出了完善我国民事再审程序的理论构思。Civil Procedure of Second Instance is an important component of Law of Civil Procedure ,it is also the supplementary form for our trial system, which regards the second instance as the final instance in china. With the constant reformations in trial means, the problems are becoming more and more obvious about our present Civil Procedure of Second Instance. In this article, the author discusses the content of Civil Procedure of Second Instance briefly, analyses the existed problems on the work of Civil Procedure of Second Instance in great detail, the author also gives some reasonable advices about how to improve our Civil Procedure of Second Instance.
