摘　　要：目的 :评价激光虹膜切除治疗闭角型青光眼临床疗效。方法 :应用 Nd:YAG激光于上方或下方作周边虹膜切除。结果 :10 7例 12 2眼闭角型青光眼术后经过 2～ 10 6月随访观察 ,成功 115眼 ,失败 7眼。结论 :激光虹膜切除术治疗闭角型青光眼安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of iridectomy with Nd:YAG leser for angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:The upper or lower peripheral iris was excised with Nd:YAG laser.Results:122 eyes with angle-closure up postorperatively for 2～106 months including 115 successful cases and 7 failed cases.Conclusion:It is safe and effective that the angle-closure glaucoma was treated by iridectomy with Nd:YAG Laser.
