摘 要:针对大洋钻探计划 (ODP)钻孔中有孔虫数量少、硼含量低的特点 ,改进了硼特效树脂和阴、阳混合离子交换树脂相结合进行分离硼的方法 ,成功地实现了硼的分离 ,并且首次采用正热电离质谱法测定了有孔虫中硼同位素的比值。由于硼的分离过程不产生同位素分馏 。The method for the separation of boron was successfully improved, using boron specific resin ( Amberlite IRA 743) and the mixture of cation exchange resin (H+ form) and anion exchange resin (OH- form), with no isotopic fractionation. This method is suitable for the separation of boron in foraminifera with low content and a little source. The isotopic determination of boron in foraminifera has been completed by positive thermal ionization mass spectrometry based on the measurement of Cs2BO2+ ion with graphite loading. In the meantime, the results also show that boron separation for the isotopic measurement by both Amberlite IRA 743 resin and the mixed resin is more effective than the by Amberlite IRA 743 alone reported by the previous researchers. The improved procedure can also be applied to the boron separation and its isotopic measurement in river water samples.
