贲门癌组织中端粒酶活性表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨端粒酶活性检测作为贲门癌 1种新的临床诊断的生物学标志物的可行性。方法　应用PCR -ELISA法测定 3 0例贲门癌、癌旁、残端组织和 10例正常黏膜中的端粒酶活性。结果　 3 0例贲门癌组织中 2 8例端粒酶阳性 ,阳性率为93 .3 % ,高于癌旁 (66.7% )和残端组织 (13 .3 % )端粒酶活性 ;而正常黏膜均为阴性。结论　端粒酶表达具有很高的肿瘤特异性 。Objective To investigate the feasibility of application of telomerase activity as a biological marker in clinical diagnosis of carcinoma of the gastric cardia.Methods With PCR ELISA assay,we detected the telomerase activity of cancer tissues,tumor adjacent tissues and stump tissues in 30 patients with carcinoma of the gastrie cardia and normal mucosa in 10 patients without cancinoma.Results The positive expression rate of telomerase in cancer tissues was 93.3%(28/30),which is higher than that in tumor adjacent and stump tissues(66.7% and 13.3% respectively),but these was no telomerase expression in normal tissues.Conclusion Telomerase expression is specific in cancer tissues,and can be used as a biological marker for diagnosis of carcinoma of the gastric cardia.
