明胶酶B及其组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂与食管癌生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：目的　研究明胶酶B(gelatinB)及其相应的组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂 -1(TIMP -1)在食管癌组织中的表达及其在细胞浸润转移过程中的作用。方法　采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白 -过氧化物酶 (S -P)法检测 5 0例食管癌组织中明胶酶B及TIMP -1的表达。结果　明胶酶B在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率为 76.0 % ,其表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关 (Pearson列联系数为 0 .3 43 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,TIMP -1在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率为 3 0 .0 % ,其表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关 (Pearson列联系数为0 .3 3 3 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　明胶酶B促进食管癌转移 ,TIMP -1对食管癌有独立的抑制作用。通过检测食管癌组织中的明胶酶B及TIMP -1的表达 。Objective To investigation the expression of gelatin B and its tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1(TIMP 1) in esophageal squamous carcinoma(ESC) and their important regular roles in the process of tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods The expression of Gelatin B and TIMP 1 were detected by immunohistochemistry(the method of streptoridin peroxidase,S P) in 50 cases with esophageal carcinomas.Results The expression rate of Gelatin B in ESC was76.0%,which was positively associated with lymph node metastasis(Pearson contingency coefficient were 0.343, P <0.05).The expression rate of TIMP 1 in ESC was 30.0%,which was negatively correlated with the lymph node metastasis(Pearson contingency coefficient were 0.333,respectively P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Gelatin B promotes tumor metastasis while TIMP 1 inhibits it.Examination of Gelatin B and TIMP 1 in ESC may predict the prognosis.
