摘　　要：目的　探讨新城鸡瘟病毒修饰的自体肿瘤疫苗 (NDV -ATV )治疗胃癌术后患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法　采用流式细胞术分析 3 6例胃癌术后 (术后 2、3、4、5周 )NDV -ATV治疗患者外周静脉血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化情况 ,并以15例术后未接受NDV -ATV治疗的胃癌患者作对照。结果　对照组术后CD+3 、CD+4、NK细胞所占百分比和CD+4/CD+8逐渐升高 ,以术后 3周内升高最为明显。NDV -ATV治疗组 ,术后CD+3 、CD+4、NK细胞所占百分比和CD+4/CD+8上升速度更快 ,持续时间更长。治疗结束后与治疗前比较 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;且明显高于未接受NDV -ATV治疗的对照组患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。第 1次治疗后和治疗结束后相比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　NDV -ATV可同时视为 1种免疫调节剂 ,能明显改善胃癌患者术后机体的免疫功能 。Objective To discuss the effect of newcastle disease virus modified autologous tumor vaccine(NDV ATV) treatment on the immune function of postoperative patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood of 36 patients with gastric carcinoma who accepted NDV ATV(2、3、4、5 weeks after operation,respectively) treatment were analyzed with flow cytometer.15 patients without NDV ATV treatment were used as control.Results The percentages of the cells of CD + 3、CD + 4、NK and the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 were gradually increased in control group,which were mainly observed in first 3 weeks after operation.aHowever,these values increased more rapidly and the increased values maintained longer in group with an administration of NDV ATV than those in control group.There were significant difference in those values between patients before and after the NDV ATV treatment( P <0.01).Moreover,these values after NDV ATV treatment were remarkablely higher than those in patients without NDV ATV treatment( P <0.05).There were significance differences between patients with the use of NDV ATV just one time and at the end of NDV ATV treatment( P <0.05).Conclusion To some extent,we could regard NDV ATV as a sort of immunostimulator reagent,it can improve immune function and anticancer capability in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.
