摘　　要：本文从语言的功能变体、'交往理性'和话轮替换三个角度来分析网上会话独有的特点.分析表明,在ICQ软件给人们提供的特殊的交际情境里,网上会话有违于某些日常的语言交际原则,从而反映出网络媒体对语言交际的影响.文章最后指出,在以ICQ作为外语教学的辅助手段时,教师应对学生进行正确的引导.The article probes into the characteristics of conversation on web from three angles: the functional variety of language, 'communicative rationality' and turn-taking. The analysis shows that in the special situation provided by ICQ software, interpersonal conversation violates some of the principles of the daily language communication. The influence on the language communication by the media of Internet is thereby reflected. In the end of the article it is suggested that teachers should give necessary guidance to students during language instruction assisted by ICQ.
