摘　　要：目的　探讨 AFU(α- L -岩澡糖苷酶 )的检测对 HCC(肝细胞癌 )的早期诊断价值。方法　同时检测AFU、AFP(甲胎蛋白 )和肝脏 B超检查 ,并进行比较。结果　检测患者血清 AFU与 AFP,在肝细胞癌早期 (直径 <3cm ) ,其阳性率分别是 6 0 %和 5 0 % ,两者联合阳性率可达 70 %。结论　血清 AFU测定对早期肝细胞癌的发现有一定的临床意义 ,其方法简单 。Objective To evaluating the role of the AFU on diagnosis of primary hepatocarcinoma.Methods AFU and AFP were detected at the same time,and the liver was examined by BUS.The results were compared.Results The positive rates of AFU and AFP were 60% and 50% at the early stage(diameter<3cm).The positive rate of combined detection was 70%.Conclusion It is of clinical significance to discover early hepatocarcinoma with detecting serum AFU.The method was very simple and suitable for primary hospital.
