摘　　要：当前纤维板主要是用湿法生产,但有许多弊病,急需改进。我们对这种方法分析研究,找出改进工艺,降低新鲜用水量,减少污水排放量,实现清洁生产。并针对不同企业所排放的污水采用的水处理工艺进行监测评价,筛选出了工艺合理,运行费用低且可达标排放的废水治理工艺。Wet method is extensively used for fiberboard manufacturing. But, there are serious defects to be avoided. Analysis the wet-fiberboard method, we find measures of modification, decreasing pure water expense and waste water drainageto realize clean production. Monitoring and assessing the processes for waste water treatment employed in different factories, we screen out reasonable ones, achieving the Drainage Standard with lowered operational expense.
