羊膜移植修复碱烧伤后结膜缺损的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　对羊膜移植修复碱烧伤后结膜缺损的作用机制进行研究。方法　建立碱烧伤结膜缺损动物模型 ,对实验组进行羊膜移植 ,观察羊膜生长情况 ,并于术后 3、5、7、14、2 1d取活体组织进行组织学检查。结果　术后 1周羊膜植片颜色接近正常结膜 ,组织学检查证实羊膜与创伤处结缔组织紧密结合 ,结膜上皮沿缝合处爬行至羊膜表面 ,羊膜下仅有轻微的纤维增生 ,无瘢痕组织形成。结论　保存人羊膜移植能有效地促进碱烧伤后结膜上皮化的进行 ,减少瘢痕形成 。ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism of amnion membrane transplantation(AMT)in treating conjunctiva alkali burn. Methods Alkali burn rabbit model was established, then AMT was preformed. Follow up observation were carried out after surgery. Histopathological changes were examined at day 3, 5,7,14 and 21.ResultsTransplanted AM seemed to be normal conjunctiva in appearance. Histopathological examination showed that AM connected tightly with the defected tissue, conjunctiva epithelium migrated onto the AM surface, and there was slight fibrosis but no scar formation.ConclusionsAMT can effectively restore the epithelization of conjunctiva surface, inhibit scar formation and reduce complications after alkali burn.
