摘　　要：目的　通过角膜前后表面曲率状态的研究来了解Orbscan Ⅱ系统的应用范围及价值。方法　应用角膜曲率计和Orbscan Ⅱ系统对青年组 40 0眼和老年组 10 0眼角膜前后表面曲率及术前、术后角膜曲率的变化进行对照研究。结果　术前角膜曲率计和Orbscan Ⅱ测量角膜前表面曲率的值基本一致 ;老年组角膜前表面曲率高于青年组 ;老年组与青年组角膜后表面曲率基本一致 ,中央点值 -6 73～ -6 82D ,最高点值 -7 0 4～ -7 2 2D。术后Orbscan Ⅱ系统对角膜前表面的测量值低于角膜曲率计测量值 0 66～ 2 5D。Orbscan Ⅱ系统能早期发现角膜后圆锥。结论　Orbscan Ⅱ系统对于圆锥角膜病的早期发现以及角膜屈光性手术的术前筛选。ObjectiveTo establish the applied range and value of Orbscan Ⅱ Topography System by researching the anterior and posterior corneal surface curvature.MethodsChanges of preoperative and postoperative anterior and posterior corneal curvature were compared between refractometer and Orbscan Ⅱ system,including younger group 400 eyes and elder group 100 eyes.ResultsThe anterior corneal curvature values measured using refractometer was same to Orbscan Ⅱ system in preoperation.The anterior corneal surface curvature of elder group was higher than that of younger group.The anterior corneal curvature values with Orbscan Ⅱsystem(0 66 D～2 5 D) was lower than that with refractometer in postopration.The posterior corneal curvatures of elder group and younger group were same(-6 73 D～-6 82 D) in corneal centre and the highest point was -7 04 D～-7 22 D.Orbscan Ⅱ system could find out the posterior corneal surface potential keratotorus early.ConclusionsThe Orbscan ⅡTopography System is very useful for the diagnosis of posterior corneal surface potential keratotorus, the preoperative screening, postoperative following up and safety evaluate of refractive corneal operation.
