摘　　要：AFP是肝癌的血清标志物 ,它被广泛应用于肝癌的诊断。现阐述AFP基因的特点及外周血AFPmRNA检测的临床应用。AFP is a serum marker of hepatocelluar carcinoma.It is used widely in the diagnosis of hepatocelluar carcinoma.The purpose of this paper is to review the characteristic of AFP gene and the clinical application of the detection of AFPmRNA in peripheral blood.
