分析医用生物蛋白胶(胃镜下喷洒)对消化性溃疡出血的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析以胃镜下喷洒的方式采用医用生物蛋白胶对消化性溃疡出血患者进行治疗的效果。方法将2016年5月-2018年4月作为研究时间段,在该时间段中从我院选取100例消化性溃疡出血患者进行探究分析,随机分成对照组与观察组各50例,对照组采用的喷洒1:10000的肾上腺素或采用注射的方式进行治疗,观察组采用胃镜下喷洒医用生物蛋白胶的方式进行治疗。结果两组患者分别采用相应的治疗措施进行治疗后,治疗总有效率不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以胃镜下喷洒的方式采用医用生物蛋白胶对消化性溃疡出血进行治疗的效果较为显著,不仅安全性较高,而且止血效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of using medical bioprotein glue on the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding by gastroscopy. Methods From May 2016 to April 2018 as the study period, 100 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage were selected from our hospital for analysis and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients each. Control group The use of spraying 1:10000 epinephrine or the use of injection for treatment, the observation group under the use of endoscopic spray medical bioprotein glue treatment. Results After two groups of patients were treated with the corresponding treatment measures, the total treatment efficiency was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of medical bioprotein glue under gastroscope for the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding is more effective, and it is not only safer but also better in hemostasis.
