消化性溃疡合并血管裸露出血内镜治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的研究消化性溃疡合并血管裸露出血的常规治疗与内镜治疗效果。方法从本院自2016年3月至2018年3月收治的消化性溃疡合并血管裸露出血患者中随机选择100例,对其进行内镜征象的详细分析,组别分类按照治疗方法进行,对照组(50例)的治疗方法是常规的药物治疗,观察组(50例)的治疗方法是内镜治疗,比较治疗效果。结果在治疗有效率上,对照组显然低于观察组;在治疗效果上,对照组显然差于观察组,差异较为显著。结论消化性溃疡合并血管裸露出血患者的采取内镜治疗,可以将止血效果显著提升,且治疗有效率明显升高,再次手术率和出血发生率会被控制在最低水平上。Objective To study the effect of routine treatment and endoscopy on peptic ulcer with vascular exposed hemorrhage.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,100 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with vascular nudity hemorrhage were randomly selected,and their endoscopic signs were analyzed in detail.The control group(n=50) was treated by routine drug therapy, while the observation group(n = 50) was treated by endoscopy.Results the effective rate of treatment in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group, and the therapeutic effect in the control group was obviously worse than that in the observation group. The difference is significant.Conclusion endoscopy can significantly improve the hemostatic effect and the effective rate of treatment in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with vascular exposed hemorrhage. The rate of reoperation and the incidence of bleeding will be kept at the lowest level.
