局部晚期中下段直肠癌术前同期放化疗的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨局部晚期直肠癌术前同期放化疗的应用疗效。方法抽取我院2015年1月-2018年12月收治的40例局部中下段直肠癌作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为术前同期放化疗治疗(A组)与单纯手术治疗(B组),每组20例。比较两组疗效、保肛率、手术切除率。结果 A组总缓解率明显高于B组(P<0.05),而且保肛率与手术切除率A组也显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论局部晚期直肠癌术前同期放化疗治疗相比单纯手术治疗可提高疗效与保肛率及手术切除率,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the curative effect of preoperative concurrent radiochemotherapy for local advanced rectal cancer.Methods Forty patients with advanced low-grade rectal cancer from January 2015 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into preoperative concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy(group A) and simple surgical treatment(B Group),20 cases in each group.The efficacy of the two groups,the rate of sphincter preservation and the rate of surgical resection were compared.Results The total remission rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and the rate of sphincter preservation and resection rate in group A was also significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of local advanced rectal cancer with preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the same period can improve the curative effect,anus-preservation rate and resection rate compared with surgery alone. It is worth learning from it.
