摘　　要：与老牌高校相比,地方高校在地缘优势和生源质量等诸多方面都存在先天不足,唯有立足地方特色,借助独特的资源优势,基于学生发展需要,在加强源语理解能力和译语交际能力培养的同时,酌情打造某一方面的特长,探索建立本地化的"本科标准+职业能力"途径来培养应用型翻译人才,增强学生就业竞争力。Compared with veteran universities,an inadequate natural endowment is existed in local universities such as geo-graphic advantages and qualities of the students of recruited.Thus,local universities need to strengthen students’SL compre-hensive ability and TL communicative capability based on their developing requirements with the help of unique resource superi-ority,foster appropriate specialties,and explore to establish localized approach of “undergraduate criterion plus vocational abili-ty”so as to cultivate qualified translation talents in future and enhance students’employment competitiveness.
