摘  要:目的:研究姜黄挥发油β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺条件,并考察其在强光、高温、高湿环境中的稳定性。方法:采用饱和水溶法制备包合物,以挥发油包合率和包合物收得率为指标,通过正交试验,进行加权综合评分优选包合工艺。使用薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法对包合效果进行验证。结果:最佳包合工艺条件为:1 m L姜黄挥发油与8 gβ-环糊精进行包合,包合时间1.5 h,包合物温度50℃。紫外分光光度法和薄层色谱法鉴定结果表明姜黄挥发油β-环糊精包合物形成,并具有一定的抗光照、热、湿稳定性。结论:试验优选的包合工艺操作简便,稳定可行,且包合过程对挥发油成分无影响。Objective: To optimize the preparation process of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of Jianghuang volatile oil, and investigate the stability under conditions of high temperature, high humidity and strong light. Method: Inclusion compound were prepared by saturated aqueous solution method. The yield of inclusion compound and entrapment effi ciency of Jianghuang volatile oil were taken as indexes. The process technique was optimized by orthogonal test and the inclusion preparation was optimized by comprehensively weighted grading method. The inclusion effect was validated by TLC and UV method. Result: The preparation condition for inclusion was optimized. The ratio between volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1:8(m L:g). The inclusion time was 1.5 h, and the inclusion temperature was 50℃.The results of TLC and UV showed that β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in Jianghuang volatile oil was prepared with certain light resistance, thermo-stability and hygro-stability. Conclusion: This optimized inclusion technology is simple operative, stable and feasible. And inclusion process shows no infl uence on volatile oil components.
