摘 要:目的 探讨废旧贵金属烤瓷合金的重复利用对铸件力学性能的影响。方法 对照组采用单纯反复重熔利用BioHeradorN金烤瓷合金至第四代 ,实验组则采用 2 / 3上代废旧料加 1/ 3新合金循环利用至第四代 ,通过静拉伸试验测试各组各代试样抗拉强度。结果 对照组一至四代抗拉强度依次为 472 .0 8± 16 .41MPa、40 6 .5 8± 16 .5 6MPa、399.47± 2 1.0 7MPa、 376 .33± 14.74MPa ,呈显著下降趋势 ;实验组则依次为479.0 3± 8.0 1MPa、44 0 .97± 8.99MPa、431.6 9± 8.33MPa、40 6 .2 6± 2 9.85MPa;比对照组显著提高 ,但各代之间仍存在显著性差异。结论 添加 1/ 3新合金循环重复利用废旧合金 ,可明显改善恢复铸件力学性能 ,并能达到临床要求。ObjectiveTo study the effect of reusing the surplus alloy of a precious metal ceramic alloy on the mechanical property.MethodsThe control group for reusing the surplus alloy by only remelting without adding any new alloy up to four generation,and the test group by adding one-third new alloy each generation,their ultimate tensile strength were surveied by tensile test.ResultsIn control group the ultimate tensile strength from one to four genera-tion were 472.08±16.41MPa, 406.58±16.56MPa, 399.47±21.07MPa, 376.33±14.74MParespectively,and appeared decrease tendency and existed significant difference.But in test group were 479.03±8.01MPa, 440.97±8.99MPa, 431.69±8.33MPa, 406.26±29.85MPa respectively,much superior to Ⅰ~Ⅳ castings but still existing significant difference.ConclusionAdding one-third may replenish the mechanical property but cann't thoroughly correct and make up for a loss of recasting.Reusing the excess alloy by adding one-third new alloy is effective way in practice and mechanical property of the castings produced by this way may meet the clinical requirements.
