摘　　要：嬴秦崛起于汉渭文化圈,并决定性地影响了这一地区的社会发展。嬴秦的世代经营和治理,不仅稳固了圈内农、畜业紧密结合的经济形态,确立了完备而统一的行政体制,而且加速了多元氏邦族体的汉化融合,编织了联结华夏文明中心的坚韧纽带,以不可逆转的趋势,把这一地区纳入中华民族宏伟历史的整体脉络之中。Qin Dynasty rose in the Cultural Circle of Hanjiang-Weihe River and influenced the social develop-ment of this district definitively.By generations of running and governing, the dynasty managed not only to stabilize its economic form in which agriculture and animal husbandry were closely combined and establish a complete and u-nified administrative system, but also to accelerate the acculturation and fusion of neighboring states, tribes, ethnic groups, and clans so that a firm and tenacious bond was knitted to link the center of Chinese civilization with other regions.It irreversibly brought this district into the great historical skeleton of the Chinese nation.
