摘　　要：目的　提高跨声门癌的诊断水平。方法　对 30例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　诊断符合率 5 6 .7% ,误诊率 43.3%。结论　在诊断跨声门癌时 ,除根据其临床表现外 ,应将纤维喉镜、CT和组织病理学检查相结合。Objective To improve the diagnosis level of transglottic carcinoma.Method Clinical data of 30 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Result Correct diagnosis rate was 56.7%, and misdiagnostic ratecame up to 43.3%.Conclusion Besides clinical signs and symptoms,fibrolaryngoscopy,CT and histopathology examination should be used.
