思利巴对斜视性弱视立体视重建的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨思利巴对斜视性弱视立体视重建的影响和作用。方法 :将 38例弱视基本治愈、斜视矫正治愈的斜视性弱视儿童随机分成两组。对照组 :使用弱视治疗仪 (微型光刷闪烁仪 )、双眼视觉训练仪 ;服药组 :使用弱视治疗仪(微型光刷闪烁仪 )、双眼视觉训练仪 ,加服思利巴。治疗 3个月 ,观察了治疗后第 3个月、第 6个月的结果 ;用颜氏近立体图检查中心抑制暗点、立体视。结果 :服药组暗点的消失、立体视功能的改善较对照组差异有显著性 ;每组第 3个月、6个月的结果差异无显著性。结论 :思利巴有助于立体视功能的改善 ,其机制可能是解除了视觉抑制。立体视功能改善后可以维持。Objective:To explore the effect of SI LI BA on restoring stereoscopic vision for strabismic amblyopia.Methods:38 children whose amblyopia and strabismus had been corrected were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and an experimental group. Both groups underwent treatment for three months with a micro light brush training instrument for amblyopia and a binocular vision training instrument. The experimental group was also treated with SI LI BA for three months. Yan's near random dot stereogram was used to examine scotopic and stereoscopic vision at three months and six months.Results:The experimental group showed more improvement in scotopic and stereoscopic vision than the control group. This improvement was not statistically different between three months and six months.Conclusion:SI LI BA is helpful for improving stereoscopic vision,perhaps by reducing binocular suppression. Improvement in stereoscopic vision can be sustained.
