摘　　要：目的　观察眼内激光在玻璃体切除术中治疗视网膜病变 ,封闭视网膜裂孔的作用。方法　回顾性分析 5 6例 (5 6眼 )玻璃体切除手术 ,病种有增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜静脉周围炎、视网膜静脉阻塞、外伤性玻璃体出血 (共 33例 )以及复杂性视网膜脱离 (2 3例 ) ,在术中施行了眼内光凝 ,封闭裂孔或光凝视网膜新生血管区及无灌注区。结果　复杂性视网膜脱离 2 3例 ,视网膜复位 19例 ;其余 33例均手术成功。结论　眼内激光是治疗多种视网膜病变的有效方法 ,是玻璃体切除手术中一个重要步骤。Objective To observe the effects of endolaser photocoagulation on treatment of retinal disease and sealing retinal holes in vitrectomy.Methods 56 cases(56 eyes) including proliferative diabetic retinopathy,retinal vein occlusion,Eale's disease,traumatic vitreous hemorrhage or complex retinal detachment were analyzed retrospectively after vitrectomy.Endolaser, sealing retinal holes,photocoagulation none perfusion zone or neovascular area of retina were applied in vitrectomy.Results 19 of 23 cases with complex retinal detachment were cured.The other 33 cases were performed vitrectomy and endolaser photocoagulation successfully.Conclusion Endolaser photocoagulation was useful for treatment of several retinal diseases and was an important method in vitrectomy.
