乳酸菌泡腾片的主要药效学试验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察乳酸菌泡腾片对阴道各种炎症模型的对抗作用及不同剂量的疗效。方法 :选各种造摸成功的雌性家兔 ,连续阴道内给药 7d ,于给药第 2d～ 7d时取阴道分泌物做涂片捡查 ,于末次给药 2 4h处死动物 ,取阴道组织做病理学检查。结果 :乳酸菌泡腾片对白色念珠菌、毛滴虫等引起的阴道炎症均有明显作用 ,与空白对照组比P <0 .0 0l。结论 :乳酸菌泡腾片能有效的消除阴道充血、水肿、糜烂、分泌物增多等病变 。Objective: To obersne the anti-reaction of lactobacilli tablt totbevari ousmoclels of oliff erent dosage.Methods: Various moclels of female rabbits vere selected, give the meelicine 7d in to vagina: the secretion was takon out from their vaginas for smeoring examination after 2d～7d, and the animals were killed after 24 tollrs of the last dosage, the vaginal lissues of which vere taken out for physiological examinefion.Results: Cactobalill, tablet has evicent effect on the vaginitis laused by Monilia albicans, tricbomnas miracidium, compared vith the control group, the nesalf was P <0.001.Conclusion: Lactobacilli tablet can effecticely eliminate the vaginal diseases sueh aslaginal, bleeling, swellilg,erosion and the inerease of viginal bacteria to negative.
