摘　　要：目的　探讨弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入术的方法、适应证及疗效。方法　对后囊膜破裂、玻璃体溢出 5 7例白内障病人植入前房型人工晶状体 ,Ⅰ期植入 46例 ,术后Ⅱ期植入 11例。术后随访 3个月～ 3年。结果　术后视力达 0 .5以上 43例 (占 75 .4% ) ,术后并发症 :角膜水肿 ,一过性眼压高 ,前房内玻璃体残留 ,瞳孔轻度上移 ,人工晶状体夹持。结论　对白内障术中后囊膜破裂玻璃体溢出者植入前房型人工晶状体 ,方法简洁 ,术后并发症少 。Objective: To investigate the results, methods and application of the implantation of the elastic open loop anterior chamber intraocular lens(AC-IOL). Methods: The implanation of AC-IOL on the posterior capsule of lens with big rupture and great fluid vitreousness was done on 57 eyes for senile, traumatic cataract. They were implanted in 46 eyes in the first stage and 11 eyes in the second stage separately after cataract extraction . After the operation 3 to 36 months follow-up was made. The vision acuity of 43 eyes (75.4%) and post-operative complications were investigated. Results: The visual acuity of 43 eyes were >=0.5. The complications such as cornea edema ,temporary ocular hypertension, fluid vitreous of anterior chamber, pupil transmutation and the clamp of IOL were found. Conclusion: The implantation of AC-IOL on the posterior capsule of lens with big rupture and great fluid vitreousness is convenient, safe and effective.
