Envision法与LSAB法在免疫组化染色中的对比观察

摘　　要：目的 :对目前免疫组织化学染色中应用最为广泛的Envision二步法与LSAB三步法进行比较。方法 :将本科常规肿瘤活检标本固定 ,脱水 ,石蜡包埋 ,切片 ,分别应用CK、Envision法和LSAB法进行相应的 30多种不同单克隆 /多克隆抗体免疫组化染色。结果 :两种方法特异性强 ,阳性定位准确 ,无差异。Envision法敏感度及阳性强度均优于LSAB法 ,操作更为简便 ,更省时 ,背景清晰 ,非特异性染色少 ,缺点是试剂盒在价格上略高于LSAB法。结论 :Envision二步法特别适合于快速临床病理诊断 。Objective:To compare Envisions and LSABs methods that are currently applied widely in immunohistochemistly staining. Method: To fixate,dehydrate,wax and section the usual samples from tumor biopsy.To make the corresponding thirty or more species of monoclonal/polyclonal antibody immunohistochemisty staining respectively with Envisions and LSABs methods. Result: The two methods have no difference in high specificity and exact positive location. The sensitivity and positive intensity of Envisions method are better than that of LSABs. The former is operated more briefly and faster,with clear setting and little non specific staining,but is more expensive than LSABs method for the test kit. Conclusion: Envisions method is especially favorable in fast clinical pathologic diagnosis,while LSABs method is more effective for scientific research or ratio trial.
