摘　　要：检测非肝病(胃肠病)患者肝组织中经输血传播病毒(TTV)感染情况,探讨其致病性。采用免疫组织化学方法检测患者肝组织中TT病毒抗原(TTVAg)的表达与分布,观察肝组织学变化,部分病例经原位杂交予以证实。32例胃肠病患者肝组织中检出TTVAg阳性11例(34.4％)。阳性病例的切片经光镜组织学检查,8例有轻微的肝组织病理改变,包括肝细胞胞浆疏松化、嗜酸性变以及汇管区的扩大和淋巴细胞浸润等。而21例TTVAg阴性者中,仅4例有轻微的病理变化(x^2=8.999,P<0.01)。11例免疫组化阳性病例中7例原位杂交呈阳性。TTV感染在胃肠病患者中较为常见,感染者血清生化指标尽管无异常,但多数仍存在有轻微的病理改变。To study the existence of Transfusion Transmitted Virus (TTV) in liver tissue taken from the people with gastroen-teropathy and it's pathogenicity. In those patients, the marker for HBV or HCV were negative either inserum with EI.TSA or in liver tissue with immunohistochemistry. TTV antigen was detected in liver tissue by the method of immunohistochemistry(IH) and histological changes were observed. The parts of immunohistochemical positive cases were demonstrated by in situ hybridization. Out of 32 liver tissue in people with gastroenteropathy, TTVAg had been detected in 11 cases (34.4%). Among 11 positive cases, 8 liver samples mild histological changes could been found, such as swollen, acidophilic degeneration, and lymphocytic infiltrate in portal tract. Those histopathological changes could been seen only in 4 from 21 TTVAg negative cases ( P < 0.01), Out of 11 immunohistochemical positive cases, 7 cases were also positive for TTV DNA by in situ hybridization. TT virus infection is more common in people with gastroenteropathy. The most of them had a mild histopathological changes though their serological tests could be kept normal.
