Gal-3与Bcl-2、层粘连蛋白受体在胰腺癌中表达的关系及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究Gal-3与Bcl-2、层粘连蛋白受体(LR)在胰腺癌中的表达,并探讨它们与胰腺癌的发生、发展与转移的关系以及Gal-3与Bcl-2、LR在胰腺癌中的表达之间的关系及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术S-P法检测胰腺癌组织中Gal-3、Bcl-2、LR等3种蛋白质的表达,并与3者在良性胰腺组织中的表达进行对照,采用四格表x^2检验对结果进行统计学分析。结果:(1)在68例胰腺癌组织标本中,Gal-3、Bcl-2、LR表达的阳性率分别为81％(55/68)、48.5％(33/68)、55.4％(37/68)。30例良性病变胰腺组织中,Gal-3呈无或弱表达,而LR和Bcl-2呈阳性或强阳性表达,表达率各为40％(12/30)、76.7％(23/30)、83.3％(25/30),与在胰腺癌中的表达相比,Gal-3的表达水平明显下降(P<0.01),Bcl-2与LR的表达显著升高(P<0.01、P<0.05)。(2)3者的阳性表达都与癌组织的分化程度无关。Gal-3在转移灶中的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。Gal-3的表达随着肿瘤的进展而增强,Bcl-2、LR的表达则减弱。结论:Gal-3可能与胰腺癌的发生发展及转移有关,而Bcl-2、LR可能是维持细胞正常活动的重要因子。Purpose:To investigate the expression of galectin-3(Gal-3) in pancreatic carcinoma and the correlation of expression of galectin-3 with the expression of Bcl-2 and laminin receptor, and explore the correlation of their expression pattern and tumor development and metastasis. Methods: To detect the expressions of galectin-3, Bcl-2 and laminin recptor, and compare the expressions with the pathological characteristics of pancreatic cancer, 68 samples of resected pancreatic cancer and 30 cases of resected benign samples were examined by streptavidin/peroxidase (S-P) immunohistochemical technique. Fourfold table Chi-square test was used to analyze the results. Results: (1) In 68 cases of human pancreatic cancer, the positive rate of expression of galectin-3, Bcl-2 and laminin recptor are 81% (55/68), 48.5% (33/68), 54.4% (37/68) respectively. In 30 samples of resected benign pancreatic lesions, the expression rates of them are 40% (12/30), 83.3% (25/30) and 76.7% (23/30) , and their were negative or faint expression ofgalectin-3 and moderate expression of laminin receptor and intense expression of Bcl-2. Compared with their expressions in pancreatic carcinoma lesions, the expression of galectin - 3 was significantly lower (P < 0.01), and that of LR and Bcl-2 were higher significantly (P < 0.05 and P < 0.01 respectively). (2) There is no relation between the expression pattern of three factors and cell differentiation. The expression of galectin-3 is markedly higher in metastasis than in primary tumors ( P < 0.05). The expression level of galectin-3 increased with the tumor development. The expression of Bcl-2 and laminin receptor decreased with the tumor progression. Conclusion : The expression of galectin-3 is associated with tumor development and metastasis. The expressions of Bcl-2 and LR are phenomenons common to benign pancreatic lesions, and they may act as important factors to regulate normal cell functions.
