反相高效液相色谱法检测马铃薯中抑芽剂氯苯胺灵

摘　　要：提出反相高效液相色谱法测定商品马铃薯储藏过程中施加的抑芽剂氯苯胺灵含量的方法。反相Kro masilC18柱 ,甲醇 -乙腈 -水 (V/V) =80 :10 :10为流动相 ,紫外 2 5 4nm检测 ,外标法定量。线性范围 0 .0 0 5～ 0 .10 0g/L ,r =0 .9998,方法回收率和标准偏差分别是 98.10 %和 1.0 4 % (n =6 ) ,氯苯胺灵的检测限在 0 .0 3mg/L。本方法快速、准确。In this paper, chlorpropham in potatoes was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The Waters Kromasil C18 column (5μm, 3.9×250 mm) was used and column temperature was room temperature, the detection wave-length was 254 nm, the mobile phase was 80%(V/V)CH 3OH-10%(V/V)CH 3CN-10%(V/V)H 2O. The linear range was 0.005～0.100g/L, r = 0.9998; recovery 98.10% and RSD 1.04%( n = 6).
