摘　　要：党外干部在中国特色政治制度和政党制度中占有突出重要地位。从党外干部成长发展的历程来看,政治环境、政策措施、历史背景、组织培养、个人素质、成长机遇无疑是极为重要的影响因素,深入把握这些因素的作用机制以及相互关系,对促进党外干部成长具有重要作用。Non-party cadres play a great part in the political system and the political party system with Chinese characteristics.Seen from the growing and developing course of non-party cadres, such factors as political environment, political measures, historical background, the party organization’ s training, personal quality, and growth opportunities are no doubt very important influencing factors to them.Mastering deeply the mechanisms and interrelations of these factors has substantial effect on promoting non-party cadres’ growth.
