摘　　要：目的:探讨一种简便、安全、有效的治疗弥漫型血管瘤的方法。方法:先进行纵横交错的瘤体内结扎,使血管瘤分隔成许多互不相连的小区,再行铜针留置术。结果:本组治疗26例,行治疗前后组织学观察及术后3个月-4年随访,总有效率达96.15%。结论:铜针留置加瘤体结扎疗法有较广泛的适应证,是治疗弥漫型血管瘤较好的方法之一。Objective:In order to explore a simple and safe surgical approach and effective method to treat the diffused hemangioma.Methods:First Cross-ligate the hemangioma,as to divide the tumor into independent compartments,then retained copper needles.Results:there are 26 cases by treatment.We compared the histological slices before and after operation and made follow-up visits for 3 months to 4 years after operation.We found the effective rate is 96.15%.Conclusion:Retained copper needles and hemangioma ligation has broad surgical indications,It is one of the effective way to treat the diffused hemangioma.
